- Oracle project management experience
- Financial system implementation background preferred
- Management of enterprise project implementation in the various applications
- Oracle Financials EBS

Skillset
Solid Project Management skills – building a maintaining project plan
- MS Project/SharePoint – Scope/Risk/issue/financial/budget management
- Weekly + monthly formal status reporting
- Input/Creation of Steering/executive presentations
- Technical IT knowledge – Application Development background
- Quick to learn and in navigating among the teams and business individuals
- Matrix environment
- Persistent, independent working
- Partnership alignment building with technology and business partners with director/VPs
- External vendor management / SOW management – multiple vendors on the project
- Project financials management – Oracle Financials
Environment
- Experience working with offshore teams for testing/development
- Teams will consist of internal and external resources
- Rapidly changing environment from a people/process and tools perspective
